Gigogne
Designed as a living object, Gigogne is a planter where human knowledge, artistic intent and the intricacy of 3D printing converge.
Rooted in the concept of regeneration and inspired by growing environmental awareness, Gigogne is crafted from porous clay. Its waffle-textured outer surface and integrated water reservoir allow seeds and climbing plants to grow directly on the outside, encouraging nature to take its course.
A glazed base protects any surface beneath from moisture and stains. Inside, a removable vase enables Gigogne to hold fresh flowers, adding to its versatility.
This planter can be placed on a balcony, and also inside near a window, where you can grow a wide range of seeds like chia, mustard, rapeseed and others.
It allows people, most likely living in big cities, who don't have access to a garden, to grow their sprouts and enhance their eating habits.
